Job summary

Spektrum supports apex purchasers and allied programmes, delivering expert capability development and management support to NATO-aligned missions. The role focuses on federated interoperability across the life cycle, governance, data collection and reporting for complex, multinational projects.

Based in Norfolk, VA, USA, the candidate will engage with diverse stakeholders, support policy development, and travel as needed up to 30 days annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in multinational collaboration within NATO or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years supporting interoperability initiatives across stakeholders.
• Experience planning and delivering cross-functional events and meetings.
• Proven governance, data collection and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Support federated interoperability activities across the capability lifecycle.
• Elicit, capture and collect interoperability requirements across all aspects of DOTMLPFI.
• Contribute to policies, directives, and processes for federated interoperability.
• Monitor data quality in designated tools and resolve data gaps.
• Coordinate communications with COIs and prepare participants for interoperability events.
• Provide guidance on federated interoperability processes and tools.
• Support analysis and reporting of interoperability data.
• Maintain user accounts and ensure secure access to tools.
• Travel up to 30 days per year for meetings and conferences.
