Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management and business development for large-scale DoW or federal IT programs.
• 5+ years supporting proposals and managing technical risks for complex programs.
• 5+ years managing complex technical projects and leading technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a robust business pipeline, including tactical sales, opportunity shaping, and whitespace expansion.
• Lead complex technical programs and manage high performing technical teams through the full delivery lifecycle.
• Deliver innovative, mission-aligned solutions across DoW and Navy portfolios.
• Support low-code platforms and leverage Microsoft Cloud and the War Data Platform.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks to ensure delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with senior clients to guide strategy, performance, and mission outcomes.
