Qualifications

• Minimum of three years instructing military tactical units in one or more focus areas.
• Operational or professional background in SOF or reconnaissance missions or units.
• Military or industry certifications in Electronic Warfare, Cybersecurity, Information Operations or UAS.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior instructor and primary instructional lead for the Counter-SIGMAN course.
• Deliver classroom instruction to a class of up to 40 Marines.
• Lead development, integration, and quality review of course materials and exercises.
• Align content with reconnaissance training objectives and unit requirements.
• Provide expert instruction on multi-spectral sensors, EW, and signature mitigation.
• Coordinate with course SMEs and manage instructor duties and schedules.
