Job summary

Professional Solutions1, LLC (ProSol) is seeking a Lead Counter-SIGMAN Instructor / Senior SME to train Marines at Camp Lejeune, NC. The role focuses on multi-spectral signature management, EW, and counter-UAS within a three-day, 24-hour course.

You will deliver classroom instruction to up to 40 Marines, develop course materials, and assess student performance, ensuring alignment with 2d Reconnaissance Battalion training objectives and mission planning requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years instructing military tactical units in related areas.
• Experience with SOF or reconnaissance missions preferred.
• Certification in Electronic Warfare, Cybersecurity, or UAS operations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior instructor and primary lead for the Counter-SIGMAN course.
• Deliver classroom instruction to up to 40 Marines.
• Lead development and review of course materials and student exercises.
• Ensure content aligns with reconnaissance training objectives and battalion requirements.
• Provide instruction on how adversaries use multi-spectral sensors to detect low-signature forces.
