Professional Solutions, LLC (ProSol) seeks a Counter-SIGMAN Instructor/SME to deliver tactical classroom instruction to Marines from 2d Reconnaissance Battalion at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC.

The three-day course covers multi-spectral signature auditing, counter-UAS, ground-sensor detection and integration into reconnaissance operations, with up to 40 Marines in attendance. Recent SOF/recon background and ability to explain complex sensor concepts are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of recent instruction of military tactical units.
• Background in SOF, reconnaissance, SIGMAN, counter-UAS, cyber, or related areas.
• Ability to tailor instruction to reconnaissance personnel and high-stakes environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced classroom instruction to up to 40 Marines.
• Remain onsite throughout the three-day period.
• Collaborate with Lead Counter-SIGMAN Instructor and ProSol staff.
• Deliver technically accurate, operationally relevant instruction.
• Answer advanced technical questions from students.
• Facilitate discussions, planning exercises, and case studies.
• Evaluate student understanding and mission-planning performance.
• Support development of course materials and handouts.
