Job summary

ProSol seeks an experienced Lead Counter-SIGMAN Instructor / Senior SME to deliver a three-day classroom course for Marines at Camp Lejeune, NC. The role focuses on multi-spectral signature management, counter-UAS, and ground-sensor mitigation in a rigorous training setting.

The ideal candidate has substantial SOF or reconnaissance experience, along with senior instructional capabilities and the ability to translate complex threat concepts into practical exercises. Onsite training only.

Qualifications

• Three years of instructional experience within the previous five years directing military tactical units in specified areas.
• Demonstrated instructional experience with SOF or reconnaissance organizations.
• Operational or professional background involving SOF or reconnaissance missions, organizations, or tactical operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior instructor and primary instructional lead for the Counter-SIGMAN course.
• Deliver classroom instruction to a class of up to 40 Marines.
• Collaborate with a second qualified SME instructor throughout the three training days.
• Lead development, integration, and quality review of course materials, presentations, and student handouts.
