• Provide coverage at all residential sites as needed.
• Train and supervise residents in daily activities including meal planning and personal care.
• Document interactions with residents per agency policies and standards.
• Meet weekly with assigned primary residents to review service plan goals.
• Maintain collateral contacts with outside service providers and participate in case conferences.
