Job summary

CN Guidance & Counseling Services seeks a qualified professional to provide counseling, crisis intervention, and restorative services in 24-hour supervised residential programs. The role requires ensuring a safe, homelike environment and adherence to Medicaid and regulatory guidelines, while supporting residents’ daily activities and goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least 5 years' experience preferred in a mental health related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage a rotating schedule across 24-hour supervised sites.
• Provide counseling, behavioral interventions, restorative services and crisis management.
• Monitor and assist residents in household maintenance to keep a safe, homelike environment.
• Provide coverage at all residential sites as needed.
• Assist residents in daily activities including meals and personal care.
• Support residents in developing service plan goals and progress updates.
• Document interactions with residents per agency policies.
