Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant technology-related transactional experience.
- Strong background supporting SaaS, software licenses, and emerging technologies.
- Experience developing contracting templates and standards.
Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate client-facing product and platform agreements.
- Support coordination with cross-functional business teams.
- Advise internal product teams in the development of new products.

Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college
