Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing of at least one state bar.
• At least 4 years of experience in a law firm environment, government, or as in-house counsel.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice to operations, marketing, and product teams on complex issues, with focus on marketing and product development.
• Develop and maintain legal resources for products, such as terms of service and disclosures.
• Help design and implement legal department processes to support growth and expansion.
• Translate laws, regulations, and legal requirements into actionable advice.
• Build relationships and collaborate with business stakeholders across roles.
• Understand business needs and provide solutions to reach goals.
• Work autonomously while coordinating with the Legal Department.
