Job summary

Principal Asset Management seeks an experienced in-house Counsel to support privacy, cybersecurity and AI matters across the enterprise. You will serve as a primary advisor to Privacy, Cybersecurity, Sourcing and business stakeholders, providing practical legal guidance, negotiating protections, and scaling governance capabilities.

The role requires strong judgment, exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage a substantial volume of work while partnering

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school and admission to practice in the U.S.
• Experience negotiating technology, privacy, cybersecurity, and data-related agreements.
• Ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations of privacy, cybersecurity, AI, data use, and technology terms.
• Review DPAs, security addenda, AI provisions, and vendor agreements.
• Advise on regulatory obligations and respond to inquiries.
• Develop policies, templates, and training materials.
