Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active NJ license to practice law.
• 8+ years combined law firm and in-house experience.
• Deep expertise in commercial contracts, regulatory compliance (FDA/EMA), governance, and M&A.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate MSAs, Quality Agreements, and strategic contracts for a pharma/CDMO business.
• Navigate regulatory compliance (FDA, EMA) and pharmacovigilance obligations.
• Support corporate governance, M&A integration, and IP/data strategy across sites.
