Job summary

Legend Biotech is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to join its legal team in Bridgewater, NJ. The successful candidate will draft, review, and negotiate a broad array of commercial, procurement, and R&D agreements and serve as a primary legal partner for day-to-day contracting needs.

The role reports to the Deputy General Counsel and requires a J.D. degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, licensed to practice in NJ or eligible for in-house qualification in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited U.S. law school.
• 5+ years of relevant experience negotiating complex agreements.
• Bar admission in NJ or eligible for in-house qualification.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad array of commercial, procurement, and R&D agreements.
• Serve as a primary legal partner for day-to-day contracting needs.
• Provide practical, risk-based legal advice to internal stakeholders including Procurement, Finance, IT, and Clinical operations.
