Job summary

Jobot in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced attorney to join our well-respected nationwide firm with a broad practice. The role focuses on labor and employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage/hour, and wrongful termination.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload from inception to resolution, perform legal research, draft pleadings, and collaborate across teams, with a hybrid schedule and strong benefits package including medical, 401k, and

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar and in good standing.
• 4+ years of labor and employment litigation experience including wage and hour, class action, PAGA, and/or FEHA.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in various labor and employment matters, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination.
• Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters, from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, arguing motions, and participating in trials and arbitrations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the highest level of client service and satisfaction.
• Participate in business development activities, including networking, client meetings, and presentations.

Education
