Job summary

Meta seeks a driven commercial transactions lawyer to support the network infrastructure team in the United States. You will lead negotiations, draft agreements, and manage regulatory issues related to building and operating fiber, colocation, and cloud networking contracts essential to Meta’s services and AI goals.

You will work with Finance, Tax, Compliance and engineering teams to balance risk with business timing, leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency and quality while communicating

Qualifications

• 6+ years of legal experience in telecommunications, network infrastructure, or technology transactions.
• Active membership in good standing with at least one state bar association.
• A law degree and practicing certificate (or equivalent) in a common law jurisdiction.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact.
• Strong research, analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills, with sound business judgment.
• Diligent, well-organized, and able to prioritize competing projects.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft and negotiate a broad range of agreements for network infrastructure expansion.
• Research and analyze state and federal rules impacting infrastructure projects.
• Use AI tools to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with Finance, Tax, Compliance and external counsel to meet cross-functional needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and cross-functional partners.
• Provide practical business and legal advice.
