Qualifications

Juris Doctor from a nationally recognized law school and active bar in any US state or DC.
10+ years of relevant legal experience in commercial contracts.
Experience representing a major IT company on contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide legal expertise to support HP Inc. portfolio for US/Canada including Hardware, Software and Services.
Routinely manage escalations and develop methods to achieve objectives.
Draft and negotiate contract terms and resolve complex disputes with customers.
Lead or assist with contract disputes and provide training on designated topics.
Advise on process improvements aligned with the legal strategy.
