HP Inc. is seeking a Senior Counsel, Commercial to support US and Canada end-user sales transactions and strategic projects within PSCO Legal. The role combines transactional work with advising on risk, negotiating contracts, and shaping commercial terms.

The successful candidate will have a JD, active bar membership, 10+ years in commercial contracts, and a track record with a major IT company. Travel as needed and a compensation package including base pay and bonus/equity are part of the role.

Qualifikationen

• Juris Doctor from a nationally recognized law school.
• Active bar membership in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
• 10+ years of commercial contracts experience, preferably in a technology/IT context.

Aufgaben

• Provide legal expertise to support HP Inc. hardware, software and services contracts in the U.S. and Canada.
• Draft and negotiate contract terms; manage complex escalations and disputes.
• Advise the business on legal risks and strategic impact of commercial decisions.
• Lead training and guidance on designated legal topics and process improvements.
