Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating supplier and technology contracts.
• Strong knowledge of IT regulatory requirements and data management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across organizational levels.
• 5–7 years of experience providing contract counsel and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Active Juris Doctor license in at least one jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review a wide variety of commercial and technical contracts.
• Partner across Legal, Procurement, Operations, IT, Marketing, and HR to streamline processes.
• Ensure contract intake is complete and business-ready for review.
• Support Procurement with SLAs, playbooks, and practical legal guidance.
• Advise on supplier contracts, risk management, terms, and disputes.
• Escalate complex legal and risk matters to firm counsel.
• Develop and maintain supplier contracting policies, standards, and compliance.
• Monitor legal/regulatory developments and recommend updates.
• Help develop firm-wide supplier contract templates.
• Support contracting training and knowledge sharing across the firm.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
