Job summary

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in at least one US state bar.
• 5+ years of legal experience as a practicing attorney.
• Experience advising on digital advertising or AI-driven products across jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to manage complex legal projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience applying data protection, consumer protection, or competition law to tech products.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive legal counsel to product and monetization teams on AI-powered advertising products.
• Analyze monetization features to identify legal risks across jurisdictions.
• Develop frameworks for novel monetization use cases including generative AI in ads.
• Coordinate cross-functional legal strategy with privacy, regulatory, commercial, and litigation teams.
• Align with public policy and partnerships on regulatory issues affecting monetization and AI products.
• Support compliance initiatives related to global AI regulations and advertising standards.
• Identify emerging legal risks and propose scalable mitigations for monetization.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive legally sound product decisions at scale.
