Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 6+ years of experience conducting complex internal, regulatory, government-facing, or white-collar investigations.
• First-chair experience including investigative strategy, witness interviews, and findings.
• Ability to manage sensitive matters involving senior executives and significant exposure.
• Strong judgement and decisiveness in evolving factual situations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as counsel on complex and sensitive internal investigations with strategy, scope, and resolution ownership.
• Lead investigations involving fraud, misconduct, ethics violations, regulatory non-compliance, conflicts of interest.
• Develop investigative plans, identify issues, review evidence, and interview witnesses.
• Coordinate with internal teams across compliance, HR, security, finance, and internal audit.
• Advise executive leadership on legal, regulatory, reputational, and business risks.
• Present findings with remediation and risk mitigation recommendations.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, findings, and executive briefings.
