FluidStack is seeking a Senior Counsel, Infrastructure to help build the legal foundation for our data-center and AI infrastructure deals in San Francisco.

You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, lead leasing, energy and procurement matters, and advise executives across the business.

We value autonomy, cross-functional partnership, and a pragmatic approach to complex issues.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of sophisticated experience as a practicing attorney in data center related areas.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Structure deals related to data center development, leasing, energy and procurement.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive transactions to completion.
• Advise leadership on legal and business risk with a pragmatic approach.
• Manage outside counsel with rigor and efficiency.
