Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a senior in-house Legal Counsel to structure, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements for its data center buildout, across supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement. You will manage outside counsel and advise leadership on risk vs speed, ensuring deals close efficiently.

The role demands an active license, proven lead-attorney experience with complex transactions, and the ability to make pragmatic calls in fast-moving, ambiguous situations.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• Autonomously structured, drafted, and negotiated complex commercial agreements as lead attorney.
• Negotiated with sophisticated counterparties in data center development contexts (supply chain, manufacturing, procurement).
• Made sound, commercially pragmatic calls in ambiguous, high-stakes situations.
• Oversaw outside counsel across multiple disciplines with rigorous scope, quality, and spend control.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements for Fluidstack’s data center buildout across supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement.
• Run complex negotiations end to end with sophisticated counterparties.
• Manage outside counsel with clear scope, quality, and spend expectations.
• Quarterback transactions cross-functionally with relevant teams to avoid deal stalls.
• Advise business leaders as a strategic partner on legal and commercial issues.
