Job summary

Fluidstack is seeking a seasoned in-house/firm counsel to structure, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements tied to data center development. You will lead negotiations with sophisticated counterparties and oversee outside counsel across multiple disciplines, ensuring scope, quality, and spend align with business goals.

You will provide strategic legal partnership to business leaders, anticipate issues, and craft practical solutions at pace in a high-stakes, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• You have an active license to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• You have autonomously structured, drafted, and negotiated complex commercial agreements as lead attorney.
• You have made sound, commercially pragmatic judgments in high-stakes situations.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements for Fluidstack's data center buildout.
• Run complex negotiations with sophisticated counterparties end to end.
• Manage outside counsel across multiple disciplines with rigor on scope, quality, and spend.
