Job summary

Fluidstack, a data-center and infrastructure company building large-scale compute for AI, is seeking a senior finance professional to own financing execution for complex deals across debt and equity structures.

You will structure debt, coordinate with lenders and law firms, build cash flow models, and drive equity-linked instruments, working across development, power, and legal teams to align financing with project goals.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in leveraged finance or structured credit
• Experience leading deal execution from term sheet to close
• Strong financial modeling capable of building/auditing complex models
• Manage external advisors and counterparty workstreams
• Draft clear investment memos, term sheets, and board-level materials

Responsibilities

• Lead financing execution across high-yield bonds, senior secured term loans, and equipment/project finance facilities
• Structure credit support arrangements and document protections
• Drive financial modeling for debt sizing and returns
• Coordinate with external counsel, financial advisors, and counterparties
• Design and stress-test HoldCo/OpCo/PropCo capital structures
• Support equity-linked and warrant structuring activities
• Prepare investor and lender materials with financial accuracy
• Collaborate with development, power, site selection, legal, and technology teams
• Develop internal deal playbooks and execution frameworks
