Intuitive is a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery. This experienced, hands-on attorney role supports the business by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including for clinical/human factors studies and healthcare technology.

Requires JD degree and Bar admission, approximately 7+ years of legal experience with 3+ years in-house, and the ability to work in-person at least three days per week in Sunnyvale, CA.

Formación

• Approximately 7+ years legal experience, including 3+ years in-house.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills across commercial matters.
• Experience counseling on commercial law issues in day-to-day business contexts.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, negotiate, and provide guidance on complex, non-standard commercial agreements including clinical and human factors studies and healthcare technology.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contractual terms to align with business goals and compliance.
• Negotiate and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with Legal Department teams (IP, Data Privacy, Employment, Regulatory, Litigation, Compliance).
• Maintain contract files/databases and develop templates and playbooks.
