Taylor Root is seeking a Senior Counsel for a prominent healthcare organization in Ashburn, VA. You will advise on regulatory, commercial, and product matters across go-to-market channels, ensuring HIPAA and state privacy law compliance and expert handling of pricing and distribution models.

You will lead negotiations for complex contracts and manage related disputes, working with marketing, product, and sales teams to align legal strategy with business goals.

Qualifications

• JD degree and admission to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of related legal experience in healthcare, retail health, or medical equipment manufacturing.
• Experience advising on go-to-market strategies, pricing, and distribution models.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and applicable US state privacy laws.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing disputes.
