The ideal candidate holds a J.D., US bar admission, and 3–5 years of in-house experience in SaaS or technology contracting with data privacy expertise, including HIPAA.

Qualifications

• J.D. and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
• In-house experience preferred with SaaS or technology contracting.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations including HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate outbound commercial agreements (SaaS and data licensing).
• Advise sales and product teams on deal structures, risk, and data usage compliance (HIPAA).
• Support a fast-paced, international business with sound regulatory judgment.
