Headway is seeking a Senior Counsel for its Commercial legal team in Ashburn, VA. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the Payer contracting team, negotiating high-impact partnerships with national health plans and building scalable legal processes.

The role requires a J.D. degree, active bar membership, and 5+ years of post-bar experience in healthcare contracting, with preference for in-house experience in fast-paced environments. Location is Ashburn, VA.

Qualificações

• J.D. degree and active bar membership with 5+ years post-bar experience in healthcare contracting.
• Experience in fast-paced in-house environments is required.
• Ability to register as NY in-house counsel is preferred.
