Job summary

Constellation seeks a senior lawyer to support development and construction of natural gas-fired power plants, battery storage, solar farms, and carbon capture across the United States. The role requires leading complex assignments and advising on legal and business risks.

The candidate should have an LLB/JD and 10–12 years of relevant experience, with strong research and policy interpretation skills. The position offers a competitive salary, bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

LLB or JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
At least 10–12 years of professional experience in a specialized area of law.
Strong legal research, analytical abilities, and up-to-date knowledge of federal and/or state law.

Responsibilities

Plan, conduct, and supervise complex legal assignments.
Evaluate legal and business risks and advise clients accordingly.
Interpret and apply organizational policy according to law.
Represent the company in agency proceedings and litigation.
Prepare and revise budgets and early matter assessments involving outside counsel.
Provide leadership to less experienced attorneys and support staff.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
