Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in a specialized area of law.
• Excellent legal research, analytical abilities, and knowledge of federal/state law.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsabilités

• Handle and supervise complex energy transactions; evaluate legal and business risks and advise clients with minimal supervision.
• Review and draft commercial contracts and advise clients accordingly.
• Advise clients on business operations, industry opportunities and developments.
