As a Senior Counsel, Global Regulatory, you’ll advise the business on complex, fast‑evolving regulatory matters across Etsy’s global marketplace. You’ll partner closely with cross‑functional teams to translate legal requirements into practical, business‑ready guidance across content regulation, platform regulation, e‑commerce, digital services, product safety/compliance, minors’ online safety, and consumer protection. You’ll also engage with regulators around the world, helping drive Etsy’s regulatory strategy and craft our responses to regulatory inquiries and investigations.
You will bring excellent judgment and the ability to balance legal risk with business priorities. This role works closely with Trust & Safety, Product, Engineering, and business teams to identify risks early and navigate ambiguity with clarity and pragmatism.
