Remitly, Inc. seeks a Senior Counsel for New Products to guide legal aspects of consumer and cross-border payments, stored-value products, and fintech development. You will collaborate with global teams in Seattle, Arlington, and beyond, applying regulatory expertise to innovative product launches.

The role is hybrid, with in-office Tue-Thu required, located in Seattle or Arlington, VA. 6+ years in fintech law and bar admission are expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of consumer FinTech products and product development lifecycle.
• Experience advising cross-functional teams on legal topics.
• Ability to translate legal advice into actionable guidance for product teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide complex legal advice for global product launches in a highly regulated financial services industry.
• Support development and launch of new global products and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Advise product, engineering, compliance, and marketing teams on legal requirements and risks.
