Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company seeks a Senior Counsel CHVAC to join the Corporate legal group. The role supports the CHVAC business segment, drafting and negotiating contracts, and advising on complex legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will manage global contracts, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Remote work is allowed, with occasional travel to Modine offices as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of transactional corporate experience in law firm or in-house.
• Current U.S. law license in good standing, or eligibility to practice in Wisconsin.
• English fluency; other languages (Spanish/Italian) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and ancillary agreements.
• Collaborate with global Legal team to support business strategy.
• Prepare legal memoranda, training materials, and other documents as needed.
• Assist business clients with commercial disputes and escalate as necessary.
• Manage legal projects and ensure adherence to procedures and policies.
