Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sr. Counsel, Global Contracts to lead sophisticated global commercial transactions. You will draft, negotiate, and close outsourcing and technology agreements while aligning with ADP’s contract strategy and risk tolerance.

The role interfaces with sales, finance, procurement and senior leaders to ensure favorable terms and compliant risk management. You will mentor teams, drive alignment across business units, and contribute to the evolution of ADP’s contracting processes, with

Qualifications

JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
Bar admission in a U.S. state.
8+ years in contract negotiation, outsourcing and tech transactions with risk management experience.
Top law firm and/or in-house experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of outsourcing arrangements and technology contracts.
Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage complex transactions and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate and close complex outsourcing and technology contracts.
Collaborate with sales, finance and business leadership to reach contract outcomes.
Advise ADP management on contract strategy and risk mitigation.
Develop and deliver periodic training on contract terms and ADP positions.
