Qualifications

• 8+ years of dedicated fund formation and regulatory experience within a national or international law firm.
• Deep familiarity with advising both fund sponsors and investors.
• Superior academic credentials and exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A proactive, polished, and commercially minded approach to client service.
• Motivation to help shape, strengthen, and grow a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structuring, formation, and operation of private investment funds for a wide range of U.S. and international sponsors.
• Guide clients through regulatory matters under the Securities Act, Exchange Act, Investment Company Act, and Investment Advisers Act.
• Represent institutional investors in private fund investments and advise on all aspects of their investment programs.
• Work closely with partners on strategic advisory matters while mentoring more junior attorneys.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of a premier fund formation and regulatory practice.
