Dow is seeking a Senior Counsel in its Commercial & Innovation Law group, based in Midland, MI. The role focuses on delivering strategic legal guidance to global clients, drafting and reviewing documents, and managing outside counsel to mitigate risk.

The ideal candidate has a JD or LLM with at least 4 years of in-house or transactional experience, U.S. work eligibility, and a proven ability to work across cross-functional teams while upholding Dow’s values and ethics.

Qualificações

• Juris Doctor or Master of Laws required.
• Minimum 4 years in-house or corporate/commercial/transactional practice.
• Admission to State Bar; legal work eligibility in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Simplify strategic legal challenges for a global science and tech company.
• Review and draft legal documents; identify risks and provide practical solutions.
• Host client legal trainings aligned with risk mitigation practices.
• Manage outside counsel and allocate work to appropriate resources.
