Qualifications

• Experience with commercial contracts and data privacy considerations.
• On-site role based in Foster City, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement network rules and regulatory compliance policies for Visa’s payment network.
• Negotiate and draft high‑stakes commercial agreements with banks, fintechs, and processors.
• Provide product counsel for launches involving tokenization, Visa Direct, or crypto-related offerings; assess privacy by design (DPIAs).
• Oversee outside counsel on complex disputes and regulatory actions affecting interchange and compliance.
