Korn Ferry is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Counsel – Commercial Transactions for our client, a leading multinational EPC firm, to independently structure, negotiate and execute high-value EPC and construction contracts globally.

The role is senior and business-facing, with mentoring of junior attorneys and a clear path to advancement. Location: Houston, TX/Hybrid flex. Relocation available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial transactions experience.
• Proven ability to structure and negotiate EPC/construction contracts.
• Ability to lead negotiations independently and manage transactions end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and execute high-value EPC and construction contracts.
• Lead negotiations and manage transactions end-to-end.
• Advise on commercial risk and procurement matters; mentor junior attorneys.
