MAM Gruppe Limited is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support commercial and operational legal matters across complex projects and business activities, with broad exposure to contracts, compliance, disputes and strategic advisory work.

You will draft, review and negotiate EPC and construction agreements, advise on governance and regulatory topics, support claims and disputes, and help oversee external counsel while collaborating with internal stakeholders in an international environment.

Qualificações

• Qualified lawyer with post-qualification experience.
• Strong experience with commercial contracts and EPC or construction projects.
• Background within private practice and/or in-house environments.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial and pragmatic mindset.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
