Job summary

Korn Ferry Group is seeking a Counsel, Commercial Contracts based in Denver, Colorado. The role reports to the Associate General Counsel and focuses on supporting commercial contracting across a fast-moving organization with strong business acumen and practical risk management.

The role requires a JD, active U.S. license, 3–6 years of experience in commercial contracting, and excellence in negotiation, drafting and communication. Hybrid work and comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3–6 years of commercial contracting and negotiation experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating procurement, services, technology, confidentiality, and other commercial agreements.
• Strong contract analysis, issue spotting, judgment and written communication skills.
• Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams as a trusted advisor on commercial contracting.
• Draft and negotiate procurement, services, technology and confidentiality agreements.
• Help shape contracting infrastructure and process improvements.
