Qualifications

• 12+ years of commercial transactions experience.
• Strong experience negotiating complex commercial agreements, including EPC or construction-related contracts.
• Ability to lead negotiations independently and manage transactions end-to-end.
• Experience with both customer-facing and vendor/procurement contracts.

Responsibilities

• Independently structure, negotiate, and execute a broad range of sophisticated EPC and complex commercial agreements.
• Manage the portfolio end-to-end with a client-facing focus and vendor/procurement considerations.
• Mentor junior attorneys and advance a clear path to advancement based on performance.
