Job summary

Qualified candidates hold a JD, active license, and 5+ years of relevant experience, including in-house or life sciences practice, with strong collaboration across regulatory, quality, and business teams.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice in job location.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant in-house or life sciences regulatory experience.
• Experience advising on pharmacy-related legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key legal advisor to crossfunctional teams on commercial, regulatory, or operational issues.
• Review and advise on contracts to ensure legal compliance and alignment with objectives.
• Advise onsite pharmacy team on federal/state pharmacy laws and controlled substances.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and training reflecting current requirements.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance to support licensure and audits.
