PBF Energy is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel, Supply and Trading to support its commercial services and energy trading activities. This role is based in The Woodlands, TX or Parsippany, NJ.

The ideal candidate will have a J.D. degree, at least 10 years of corporate/commercial legal experience, and strong interpersonal skills. PBF offers a competitive salary range of $141,916.39-$240,030.24 along with a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of corporate/commercial legal experience.
• Licensed to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction.
• Experience with a multi-national law firm and corporate law department.

Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial transactions.
• Advise on compliance and regulatory matters.
• Manage outside counsel effectively.
• Develop strong rapport with business teams.
• Represent the Company in various matters.
