Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdictions.
• At least 10–12 years of professional experience in a specialized area of law.
• Excellent legal research, analytical abilities and ongoing knowledge of federal and/or state law.

Responsibilities

• Plans, conducts and supervises large and highly complex legal assignments; evaluates legal and business risks and advises clients accordingly; represents Constellation in transactions, litigation or other relevant matters.
• Provides lead direction and/or project leadership to less experienced attorneys and support staff.
• Prepare, and revise budgets and early matter assessments for all matters involving outside counsel.
• Projects / duties as assigned.
