Job summary

CoVolt Power, a leading utility-scale EPC specialist, seeks a Senior Attorney to support its EPC, BESS and high-voltage projects in North America. You will draft, review and negotiate EPC agreements, MSAs, subcontracts, and related documents, working with the General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer.

Ideal candidates hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited school, 6+ years in construction law focusing on energy or complex infrastructure, and strong negotiation and risk-management skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited American law school.
• 6+ years active and full-time licensed experience in construction law for energy or infrastructure projects.
• Experience drafting and negotiating EPC/related agreements.

Responsibilities

• Review, revise, and negotiate EPC agreements.
• Advise management on contract risks and business terms.
• Assist in subcontractors and service agreements negotiations.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on complex matters.
• Provide training on contract management and documentation.
