You will provide in-house legal counsel on transactional matters across Hydrocarbons, Feedstocks and Energy & Climate sectors, supporting business objectives with a focus on risk mitigation and client education. Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or equivalent, admitted to a State Bar or eligible for admission.
• Minimum 4 years in-house or corporate/transactional law experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel on transactional issues for Hydrocarbons, Feedstocks and Energy & Climate businesses.
• Review and draft legal documents, identify legal risks, and propose risk-mitigated solutions.
• Host client trainings and educate on risk mitigation practices.
• Manage outside counsel and internal resources to align with project needs.
