Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4–8 years of legal experience in privacy, cybersecurity, or data governance.
• Admission to a U.S. state bar and a law degree are required.

Aufgaben

• Serve as counsel for MSO data governance, privacy, AI, and cybersecurity matters, advising on PHI and sensitive data handling and compliance with U.S. privacy/security laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate MSO-facing privacy and security agreements (BAAs, DPAs, data sharing, vendor addenda).
• Coordinate with information security and technology teams on security program needs (NIST, HITRUST/ISO considerations).
• Assist in incident response readiness, breach notification obligations, and client communications.
• Support MSO governance, audits, and regulatory inquiries related to privacy and cybersecurity.
