Qualifications

• 8+ years legal experience with healthcare regulatory, privacy, and compliance in HIPAA settings.
• Experience negotiating data rights with enterprise clients and health plans.
• Experience leading privacy and AI governance programs and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate data rights in client and partner agreements, including BAAs and DPAs.
• Oversee privacy program operations: HIPAA, notices, consents, incidents, and compliance.
• Lead AI governance program: laws, policies, inventories, risk assessments, controls.
• Translate legal requirements into practical policies, processes, and controls company-wide.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and Commercial teams on privacy and AI needs.
