Job summary

Qualifications

• JD from a U.S. law school and active bar admission in NJ/DC.
• Minimum of four years’ transactional legal experience in a law firm or corporate setting.
• Experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated transactional agreements and managing related workstreams.
• Strong teamwork, communication and analytical skills with business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business development and licensing teams on complex transactions.
• Provide strategic legal advice on structure, negotiation, execution risks and post‑signing considerations.
• Lead or support structuring, due diligence, negotiation and documentation of M&A, divestitures, JV, licensing, collaborations and related agreements.
