The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate, 8 years of relevant experience, and active bar admission in PA or TN, with strong negotiation and policy-drafting skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from ABA-accredited law school required.
• 8 years of relevant experience.
• Admitted to and in good standing with PA or TN Bar.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and direction to departments and management.
• Serve as primary contact for outside counsel on assigned projects.
• Review laws and regulations affecting the company; advise on day-to-day issues.
